## Summary

On **Home**, each center card shows where your family stands — on the waitlist, reviewing an offer, enrolled, and more. This guide explains the labels you see and what to do next.

## Before you start

- Sign in at [app.joinkiddo.com](https://app.joinkiddo.com) with the email your center has on file.
- Open **Home** to see one card per center where you have an application.

## Status labels on Home

| Status | What it means | What you can do |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Submitted — {date}** | Your application is submitted and active. You are waiting for a spot or next step from the center. | Watch for emails about tours or offers. Reply if the center asks you to confirm continued interest. |
| **Offer Received** | The center sent you an enrollment offer. There is a deadline to respond. | Open the offer on **Home** or from your email. See [How to accept an enrollment offer](https://help-families.joinkiddo.com/hc/families/articles/review-enrollment-offer). |
| **Offer Accepted** | You accepted the offer. Enrollment steps (documents, fees) may still be open. | Complete any tasks shown on **Home** — payments, uploads, or forms. |
| **Enrolled** | Your child is enrolled at the center. | Follow the center's onboarding instructions. |
| **Offer Declined** | You declined an offer, or it was not accepted in time. | Your center may keep you on the waitlist or contact you — check email or reach out to the center. |
| **Withdrawn** | You or the center removed this application from active consideration. | Contact the center if you think this is a mistake or want to reapply. |

When your application is active, **Home** shows **Submitted — {date}** on the center card. If the center moved your application off their active list without a parent-facing status change, **Home** may instead show **On Waitlist** (one word) as a fallback — see below.

You may also see **Incomplete** if you started an application but have not submitted it yet. Select **Add Child** on **Home** or use the center's waitlist link to finish. ### When you're no longer on the active waitlist

Centers sometimes move applications off their active waitlist for internal record-keeping — for example after a long quiet period or when a child ages out of a program. **Home does not show a separate removed status** for those updates.

In that situation, **Home** may still show **On Waitlist** (one word — different from the active **On Wait List** label above) even though you are not actively waitlisted. That label is a fallback, not confirmation that you still have a spot in line. **Contact the center** if you are unsure where things stand.

The status change families see most clearly today is **Withdrawn**, when you or the center formally ended active consideration.

### Other details on the card

- **Payment** — **Paid**, **Pending**, or **Overdue** for waitlist or enrollment fees.
- **Tour** — **Scheduled**, **Visited**, or **Not Scheduled** when the center uses tours.
- **Notifications** — Action items such as **Offer Received** or **Complete Payment** appear at the top of the card.

## Common questions

### Why did my status change without an offer?

Centers sometimes update applications after tours, continued-interest checks, or internal reviews. Email is the best place for details — or message the center directly.

### I accepted an offer but still see tasks on Home

Enrollment often has more steps after accept — documents, deposits, or forms. Complete each item until the card shows **Enrolled**.

### The center said I'm off the waitlist — what will I see on Home?

It depends how they updated your application:

- **Withdrawn** — you or the center formally withdrew. This is the clearest signal on **Home** today.
- **On Waitlist** (fallback label, one word) — may appear even if you are no longer actively waitlisted. That can happen when the center moved your application off their active list internally. Call or email the center to confirm next steps (reapply, different program, etc.).

### Can I be on waitlists at multiple centers?

Yes. **Home** shows a separate card per center. Each center manages its own waitlist and offers.
