## Summary

Tours let you see a center in person before or while you are on the waitlist. Book online when the center shares a link, or follow an invitation from email.

## Before you start

- Sign in with the email the center has for your family — [Sign in with email (verification code)](https://help-families.joinkiddo.com/hc/families/articles/login-magic-link).
- Have the center's **tour booking link** or an email invitation with a booking button.

## Book from the center's link

1. Open the tour link the center shared (often from their website or email).
2. Sign in to Kiddo if prompted.
3. Choose your **location** if the center has multiple sites.
4. Pick an available **date** and **time slot**.
5. Confirm the booking. You receive a confirmation email with details.

## Book from an email invite

If staff sent **Invite to Schedule Tour**, open the email, sign in, and select an open slot the same way.

## After you book

- **Home** shows tour status as **Scheduled** with the date and time.
- You can view tours under **My Tours** (if available in your account menu).
- To reschedule or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or contact the center.

## Common questions

### I do not see any open times

The center may not have published availability yet, or slots are full. Email the center or check back later.

### Can I tour before applying to the waitlist?

Centers set their own rules. Some require a waitlist application first; others share the tour link publicly.

### I booked but did not get a confirmation email

Check spam folders and confirm you used the same email as your Kiddo account. See [Not receiving emails from Kiddo](https://help-families.joinkiddo.com/hc/families/articles/not-receiving-email).
