Summary
After you accept an offer (or when enrollment starts), your center may ask for documents — immunization records, forms, or photo releases. Upload them securely in Kiddo.
Before you start
- Sign in with the email on your application.
- Know which documents are required (listed on Home or in email from the center).
Steps
From Home
- Sign in and open Home.
- Find the document task on your center's card (or open the notification).
- Select Upload Documents or the specific document name.
- In the upload window, read the center's instructions.
- Choose a file from your device (PDF or image formats your center accepts).
- Submit. Repeat for each required document type.
From email
- Open the document request email from your center.
- Select the upload link and sign in if prompted.
- Follow the same upload steps for each file.
You can upload one file per document type unless the center asks for replacements.
What happens next
- The center reviews uploads on their side. You may receive follow-up if something is missing or unclear.
- When all required documents are accepted, enrollment can move toward Enrolled status.
Common questions
What file types can I upload?
Common formats are PDF and photos (JPG/PNG). If upload fails, try a smaller file or PDF export from your phone.
Can I replace a document I uploaded?
Open the same document task again if the center allows re-upload, or contact the center for guidance.
I accepted an offer but do not see document tasks
Enrollment steps appear as the center enables them. Check Home again after email notifications or contact the center.
