Summary

Kiddo signs you in with a verification code sent to your email — there is no password to remember. Use the same email address your center has for your family.

Before you start

  • Know which email the center used when you joined the waitlist (check your application confirmation email).
  • Use a browser where you can open mail on this device, or switch to the device where your email arrives.

Steps

  1. Go to app.joinkiddo.com.
  2. Select the Parents tab.

  1. Enter your email address.
  2. Select Continue (or Sign in with Email on pages that link you from an email).
  3. Kiddo opens Check Your Email and sends a verification code to your inbox.

  1. Enter the 6-digit code on that page. Kiddo signs you in when the code is correct — usually on Home, your waitlist application, or the page you opened from email.

Sign in from an email (offer, payment, documents)

Many Kiddo emails include a Sign in with Email button. Select it, confirm your email if asked, then enter the verification code on Check Your Email. After sign-in, Kiddo takes you to the action in that email (accept an offer, pay a fee, upload a document, etc.).

What happens next

After sign-in you stay signed in on that browser until you sign out or clear site data. On a new device, repeat the email and code steps.

Common questions

I did not get the email

Check spam and promotions folders. Wait a few minutes, then select Resend on the Check Your Email page (after the countdown), or start again from the login page. Make sure you typed the same email the center has on file.

The code says it is invalid or expired

Codes expire after a short time for security. Select Resend on Check Your Email for a fresh code, or start again from app.joinkiddo.com (Parents tab). Use the newest email if you received more than one.

Can I use Google sign-in?

If your center invited you with Google, you may see Continue with Google on the login page. Otherwise use your email and verification code.

I applied but Kiddo says it cannot find my account

You may need to finish applying on the center's waitlist form first, or use the exact email from your application. Contact the center if you are unsure which email they have.
