How to submit an interest form

Summary

Some centers share a short interest form so you can share your contact information before you apply to the waitlist. You do not need a Kiddo account. Only your email is required.

This is not the same as joining the waitlist. If the center sent a waitlist application link, use How to join a center's waitlist instead.

Before you start

  • Open the interest form link from the center (website, email, flyer, or social post). It looks like app.joinkiddo.com/interest-form/… and shows the center's name plus Interest Form.
  • Use an email address you check. The center uses it to follow up.

Steps

  1. Open the center's interest form link.

  1. Enter your Email (required).
  2. Optionally add your name, phone, and your child's first name.
  3. Add a date of birth, or check Expecting and enter a due date.
  4. Optionally tell the center What are you interested in?
  5. Answer any extra questions the center added. Required questions must be filled in before Submit.
  6. Select Submit.
  7. You should see Thanks for your interest! The center received your information and will be in touch.

You do not create a password or sign in on this form.

What happens next

  • The center can see your information and reach out about a tour, a full application, or next steps.
  • You are not on the waitlist yet. When the center is ready, they will share their waitlist link so you can apply.
  • If you already applied at this center with the same email, they already have your application — you do not need the interest form.

Common questions

Did this put me on the waitlist?

No. The interest form only tells the center you are interested. Joining the waitlist is a separate form that asks for child and enrollment details — and sometimes a fee.

Will I get a confirmation email?

Not from this form. Watch for a message from the center, or contact them if you want to confirm they received your information.

What if I already started a waitlist application?

Sign in and finish that application — see Finish an incomplete waitlist application. You do not need to submit the interest form too.

I closed the page before Submit

Open the same link and fill the form again. The interest form does not save a draft.

Can I add more than one child?

The form is for one child (optional). Mention siblings in What are you interested in? or when you apply on the waitlist later.
