Common questions
Is my card information stored in Kiddo?
Payments run through Stripe. Kiddo does not store your full card number.
Payment failed — what should I try?
Confirm the card number, expiry, and ZIP code. Try a different card or contact your bank. Then select Complete Payment again from Home.
I paid but Home still shows Pending
Wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If it still shows Pending or Overdue after 15 minutes, contact the center with the time you paid.
Are waitlist fees refundable?
The waitlist form states the waitlist fee is non-refundable when your center charges one. Other fees follow the center's policy — ask them if you are unsure.
